I'm writing this post to ensure others don't get cheated by SquareFoot properties like they cheated me. I had booked a flat - Parijatha Apartment - near bellandur in Bangalore through Square Foot Properties [they have office in Koramangala]. And that was the biggest mistake I made. I booked the flat in November'2010 and as the property was 70% complete - Squarefoot Properties promised to deliver me the completed project by Feb'2011. I paid an advance amount of Rs.4.25 Lakhs and singned an agreement to pay the rest amount on completion of project.
Everything was fine till I had not paid the booking amount. Once I made the payment everything changed. I was in touch with SquareFoot Property's Directors - Mrs. Deesha and Mr. Sachin. They used to call me almost everyday till I booked the flat. Once I booked the flat, then also they used to talk gently as if they care the most for me.Things turned upside down when the project completion date started approaching. It was Feb'2011 and they didn't even bother to start the project - forget about completing it. After lots of paster, they agreed that they'll start work on my flat by February and then complete it by April'11. I relied on their sweet-coated words and that was another mistake I made. But it was not end of all. There was more stored for me.
I'll list their activities and how Squarefoot Builders/ Properties cheated me in my next post.I just don't want anyone else to get cheated by them - and that's why I want everyone to know what lies behind their big promises and sweet voice. The new news is Squarefoot Builders have changed their official name to DREAMZ INFRA. In spite of this, they have fresh complaints against their new company name too[Refer: DREAMZ INFRA Cheating Case]. This clearly shows that Cheaters will always be cheaters.

They are asking for 1 lakh as advance deposit and then they will provide me a copy of legal documents(ex: sales document,BBMP approval etc) to verify with my property lawyer....i m new to this, can you please tell me is it good to invest my money into it..
@Lokesh If you don't want to get trapped, never go for them. They have cheated many people even after giving sales agreement and promising wonderful properties at low cost. I won't suggest you to buy any property from them. I'm myself a victim and fighting case against them in consumer court.They are such a high level of fraud and habitual offenders that even after court's order, they are refusing to return back my money.

i booked a flat near SilkBoard it has approval for G+2 , they have forged duplicate BBMP documents showing the approval as G+3 , on seeing this i paid 1L booking amount and 3L sale agreement amount
now i came to know that third floor is not legally approved.
so am confused and Squarefoot people are not lifting the phone and asking me come at different times.
can you tell me which lawyer you have approached .etc.

DeleteHarish, I've messaged you my lawyer's number who's fighting my case in consumer court. We've already got a verdict in our favor and court has issued arrest warrant against them.
